Sir, kindly peruse the note of AEE, as the industry has submitted complete list of machinery added/replaced. Further, the industry has submitted an undertaking to the effect that no production capacity has been changed due to said changes.
In view of the facts mentioned in the note of AEE, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for manufacturing of Steel Ingot @ 82 MTD by using Iron and Steel @ 88 MTD as raw material may be renewed upto 31.01.2027 (upto the adequacy of consent fee) with suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please. |
