It is submitted that the on scrutinizing the reply of the previous observation and scrutinizing the documents following observations were raised on 17.03.2026 with request to submit reply within 1 day. 1. As per the special condition of the previous Consent to establish (NOC), the proposed land i.e. 5171 sqm is suitable for disposal of 102 KLD as per Karnal Technology. Further, the project proponent needs to made arrangement of additional land @ 798.325 sqm required for the disposal of rest of the treated domestic effluent @ 16 KLD. Now the project proponent has proposed that 123 KLD will be discharged onto land for plantation as per Karnal Technology in an area of 4100. From above, it is evident that there is increase in the quantity of treated effluent to be discharged onto plantation compared to the quantities mentioned at the time of grant of Consent to establish (NOC). However, the area under plantation is decreased from the proposal given at the time of NOC. The project proponent is required to submit additional proposal for the addition of land for developing plantation to contain the remaining quantity of treated wastewater. For additional land, the project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.......................... 2. As per the Environmental Clearance, the project proponent has mentioned 5035 sqm green area. Now, the project proponent has mentioned only 4100 sqm green area which is differ from the Environmental Clerance.................................. 3. The project proponent has submitted six monthly compliance report till dec-2024. Further the project proponent needs to submit latest six-monthly compliance report of Environmental Clearance.
No reply received from the project till date. Hence, the application of the project is returned. |
