It is submitted that the project proponent has been informed about the date of hearing. Further, the site was visited by the undersigned on 18.03.2026. During the visit, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has started the excavation of soil.
2. The project proponent has installed RMC plant at the site which was not operation at the time of visit.
3. No labourers were residing at the site and no Labour hutments were provided at site.
4. Approximately 40 labour hutments (containers) provided outside the premises near the boundary wall where around 120 no. of labours were residing. The representative informed that they have got permission for the same from GMADA. However, the project proponent was unable to produce the documents during the visit.
5. The project proponent has installed 1 no. tubewell at the site & water meter provided over it. However, no record is maintained regarding abstraction of fresh water.
6. The project proponent has removed the earlier 02 no. DG sets of capacity 1600 KVA and 2500 KVA from the site. No DG set was found at the time of visit.
