In compliance to pint no. 3 of the personal hearing the industry has submitted self-undertaking stating that land measuring 12 kanal bearing khewat no. 122, khatauni no. 135 and Hadbast no. 210 situated at Village Ismailpur Tehsil Khanna District Ludhiana falls in Industrial Zone of village Ismailpur. The Change of Land Use of the site is issued already in the name of DH Casting Pvt. Ltd. through memo no. 1975 CTP(PB)SR-432 (L) dated 17.03.2010. The industry has initiated the process of obtaining revised Change of Land Use in the name of M/s Choudhary Steel Industries. A copy of self-undertaking is enclosed herewith. |
