Sir, the PP has submitted undertaking that they had completed entire construction of institute before 2006.As per the details submitted, the entire construction was completed before issuance of the EIA Notification dated 14.9.2006. The institute has submitted completion certificate of construction of entire building before EIA notification dated 14.9.2006( Copy of completion of building work is already Enclosed) Further, the representative present during the visit informed that no new construction has been carried out within the existing premises. Hence, the provisions of the said notification are not applicable to the institute. Hence , the unit is complying with all the decision of hearing as well as CTO granted. Keeping in the view of above ,if approved, it is again recommended that consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the educational institute for running the courses of B.Tech, MC, B.Ed, Nursing, Pharmacy etc. upto 30.09.2029 with supersession to the auto generated CTOs under Water Act, 1974, subject to the suitable conditions and special conditions.
