Submitted for approval, with the special condition may be imposed that :- a. No construction activity shall be carried out by the project proponent till the time fresh Environmental Clearance (EC) is obtained by the project proponent from SEIAA, Punjab. b. The Project Proponent shall install the STP for treatment of domestic effluent generated from the project incongruence with the development of the project so as to ensure that no wastewater is discharged in environmentally unsound manner. c. Treated effluent reuse for plantation shall be strictly followed as per the approved seasonal plan. In case, there is excess discharge from the proposed discharge, the project proponent shall either submit appropriate mode of disposal for the treated trade effluent or shall be granted consent to operate only for the occupation for which the project proponent has adequate mode of disposal. d. Solid waste shall be segregated at source, and organic waste shall be treated in mechanical composters. Dry and inert waste shall be disposed of as per CPCB/PPCB norms. The project proponent shall provide adequate numbers of composting beds at site for its wet waste and dry inert waste shall the lifted to authorized agency by the local body and it shall comply with all the relevant provisions of Solid waste management Rules, 2016. e. Green area development and golf course maintenance shall be carried out using treated water from STP, minimizing fresh water use. f. The project proponent shall ensure that the development at the site is carried out strictly in accordance with the approved layout plan. g. Regular monitoring reports of STP performance, water consumption, and solid waste management shall be submitted to PPCB every quarter. h. The project proponent shall obtain permission from CGWA for abstraction of ground water (if required) and shall comply with the guidelines issued by it from time to time. i. The project proponent shall install smog gun to control the dust emission which shall be generated from the construction activities of the project. j. The project proponent shall install water meter on its fresh water supply and all its proposed mode of disposal and shall maintain its record. k. The project proponent shall comply with the provisions of the Noise Pollution (Regulation & Control) Rules 2000. l. The industry shall obtain permission from the concerned Department(s) and shall comply with the conditions of relevant permissions obtained by it from other related Departments (if any). m. The project proponent shall not carry out any type of construction in the area reserved for plantation. n. The project proponent will develop the project on its own risk & cost regarding disposal arrangement. o. The Consent to establish is being issued to the project proponent based upon the undertakings/documents/ information submitted by it alongwith the online application form. The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry/ project proponent and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time. p. In case the project proponent fails to comply with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974, Air Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to the project and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time, action as deemed fit shall be taken against the promoter.
