It is submitted that the unit is located at Dashmesh Nagar, Ludhiana since April 2004. The Board vide letter no. 610-12 dated 31.08.2023 has also decided that “the industries located in industrial mix zone which has now become conformity zone as per above notification shall be granted further consents as per policy of the Board”. As per letter submitted by the Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana vide letter no. 695/ATP-D, dated 27.09.2023, this area falls in Industrial Mix Zone at serial number 33, “Block 22 –Dashmesh Nagar”. This point was already incorporated in the previous CTO Water application of the unit ( Application no. 30377678) at note dated 12.12.2025 which was further endorsed by the zonal office vide note dated 15.12.2025 in the said application.
It is again informed that the unit is located at Dashmesh Nagar, Ludhiana sice April 2004, before the notification of master plan Ludhiana and hence deserves the same benefits and policy being adopted for such type of other units located in this area before the notification of master plan Ludhiana. The unit has also already complied with the directions of the Board. Submitted please.
