After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that the industry has directly applied for obtaining fresh CTO for the operation of solvex plant. The industry has already obtain SAC clearance of the said plant. The industry has submitted revenue report issued by Tehsildar, Sunam Udham Singh Wala and as per which the site is falls outside of the lal lakir and MC limits. There are no 15 pucca houses within 100 mtr of the site. The industry has submitted Certificate of In Principle Approval issued by Deputy Commissioner, Sangrur vide application no. 2407589482 dated 17.09.2024 valid upto 16.03.2028 for Sanction of Building plans .The industry has installed entire plant & machinery at the site and has not started production
The industry has installed boiler of capacity 6.0 TPH based on rice husk equipped with multi-cyclone separator followed by twin cyclone as APCD along with stack of adequate height. The industry has installed ETP of capacity 25 KLD based on MBBR technology to treat the trade effluent generated from its process. After treatment, treated trade effluent will be discharge onto land for plantation in an area of 01 acre within premises. The industry has provided septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent, which is being discharged onto land for plantation after treatment.
The industry has submitted copy of approved building plan from the approved architect of DOF,Punjab. The industry is complying with sitting guidelines as well as environmental norm.
If approved, it is recommended for grant of fresh consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 to the industry for a period up to 30.09.2028 for production of Rice Bran Oil (Edible) @ 23 T/day & De-Oiled Rice Bran Cake @ 125 T/day by using Rice Bran @ 150 T/day as raw material subject to suitable conditions please....
