It was observed that the industry was issued Directions u/s 33-A of the WA, 1974 vide no. 2093-94 dated 26/03/2025 for sealing of heat treatment plant and phosphating section. As action u/s 33-A is yet to be concluded, it is submitted that the applications may be returned to the Regional office for getting the same processed through competent authority of the Board.
Further, it is submitted that the industry had approached the Office of CEO, Invest Punjab for his kind intervention regarding clarification to be sought from the Local Govt w.r.t. special condition imposed in the latest granted CTO to the industry. The comments of the STP, LG has been obtained and the same are also enclosed for information and fna, please.
