The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:- 1. The PP has not deposited bank guarantee of Rs. 1,00,000 as per decision of personal hearing. 2. The PP has not deposited adequate fee with the application. Accordingly, clarification has been raised on 10.03.2026 to clarify the above within 3 days. However, the hotel has failed to submit reply within stipulated time period. Therefore, the application is being returned herewith with request to resubmit the application after attending abovesaid clarification. |
