The application is scrutinized and it was observed as under:- 1. The industry has not submitted feasibility report of APCD. 2. The industry has not submitted land use classification certificate. 3. The industry has not submitted approved layout plan of building. 4. The industry has not deposited/verified the adequate CTO fee. The industry has failed to submit the reply of the clarification till date.
As such the application is returned with request to re-submit the same after removing above said observations. |
