Now the industry has applied for obtaining Varied ‘Consent to Operate’ (Green Category) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Potash Mobilizing Bacteria 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Zinc Solubilizing Bacteria 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Azospirillum 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Acetobector 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Azotobacter 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Liquid Consortia (N.P.K.) 15 Metric Tonnes/Day, All type of complex & liquid N.P.K. fertilizer 30 Metric Tonnes/Day, Mycorrhial 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Carrier based Consortia (N.P.K.) 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Rhizobium 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Mycorrhial 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Prom 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Bio enrich organic manure 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Organic Manure 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Potash derived from molasses 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Gypsum (calcium, sulphur) 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, All type of bio stimulants 60 Metric Tonnes/Day, Fermented Organic Manure 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Liquid Fermented Organic Manure 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Potash Derived from Rhodophytes 60 Metric Tonnes/Day, Bio Potash 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Rock Phosphate 150 Metric Tonnes/Day, City Compost 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Vermi-Compost 300 Metric Tonnes/Day.
As per C.A. certificate submitted by the industry, value of plant & machinery is Rs. 2,59,91,346/- i.e. value of plant and machinery increased by Rs. 80,17,201/-. There is no increase in value of building. Land of the industry is on lease.
The industry has already deposited Rs. 33,600/- vide UTR no. 943890130 dated 17.04.2025 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 33,600 vide UTR no. 774148813 dated 17.04.2025 under the Air Act, 1981 during grant of previous consents in year 2025. The industry has deposited Rs. 52,000/- each vide R.No. 92/5408 & 93/5408 dated 09.02.2021 as consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 respectively during grant of consents in year 2021. The industry has deposited Rs. 6400/- vide R.No. 374063552 dated 20.02.2026 as NOC regularization fee which is adequate for increase in value of fixed assets by Rs. 80.17 Lakhs. Consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate for period upto 31.12.2031 after deducting fee for previous years.
The industry as visited by undersigned on 11.03.2026 and it as observed as under:
1. The industry as in operation for production of Bio-fertilizers
2. The industry has installed entire new machinery in its existing shed and no new building has been constructed. No new land added to the site.
3. The industry is engaged in production of organic bio-fertilizers only and no in-organic chemical is used in production.
4. There is no generation of trade effluent and also there is no source of air pollution from the process.
5. The industry has installed DG sets…
Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that Varied ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Potash Mobilizing Bacteria 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Zinc Solubilizing Bacteria 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Azospirillum 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Acetobector 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Azotobacter 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Liquid Consortia (N.P.K.) 15 Metric Tonnes/Day, All type of complex & liquid N.P.K. fertilizer 30 Metric Tonnes/Day, Mycorrhial 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Carrier based Consortia (N.P.K.) 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Rhizobium 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Mycorrhial 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Prom 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Bio enrich organic manure 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Organic Manure 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Potash derived from molasses 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Gypsum (calcium, sulphur) 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, All type of bio stimulants 60 Metric Tonnes/Day, Fermented Organic Manure 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Liquid Fermented Organic Manure 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Potash Derived from Rhodophytes 60 Metric Tonnes/Day, Bio Potash 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Rock Phosphate 150 Metric Tonnes/Day, City Compost 300 Metric Tonnes/Day, Vermi-Compost 300 Metric Tonnes/Day may be granted to the industry for period up to 31.12.2031 subject to the suitable conditions.
