No polluting/MAH units or eco-sensitive features are located within restricted distance. Hence, the site is considered suitable for establishment of the project. Further , Considering that clarification is still awaited from Regional Directorate MoEF&CC with respect to requirement/non-requirement of Environmental Clearance (EC) for area development projects with a built-up area (based on FAR) falling between 20,000 sqm and 1,50,000 sqm, the action proposed by RO for grant of CTE may be accepted with the condition that the PP shall not carry out any construction activity without EC unless get exemption from Competent Authority (SEIAA / MoEF&CC) and any such construction will be entirely at the PP's risk and cost.
