Sir, The Industry was granted Consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/LDH3/2025/29867188 dated 27/10/2025 valid up to 26/01/2026 for production of Dyeing of Polyester Cotton @ 7 T/day and Dyed Knitted Cloth for washing @ 4 T/day by using DYES AND CHEMICALS @45Kgs/day, Dyed Knitted Fabric for Washing @4T/day, PC Knitted Fabric for dyeing @7T/day and Acetic acid @40Kgs/day. As per granted Consent conditions, the unit was allowed to use One boiler of capacity @ 6 TPH with Rice Husk/patta kutti/Petcoke (in the application form 29867188 fuel was written as Husk/woodchips/Petcoke) @6T/day as fuel. It was reported that industry had installed 11 Soft Flow machines of capacity (50 Kg x 1), (150kg x 3), (300 Kg x 5), (600 Kg x 2). Now, as per present application same dyeing machinery has been reported by AEE note of 24.02.2026. The product details and raw materials are same. The unit has now applied for Husk/woodchips/Petcoke fired Boiler of 6 TPH capacity. Therefore details are same as previous application. Submitted Please. |
