The site of the project was visited don 11.03.2026 and during visit, it was observed as under:
1. The project is a residential plotting project. The development of the road and sewer is complete in all aspect.
2. The project proponent has installed STP of capacity 90 KLD but the installation of water meter is pending at STP.
3. The project proponent has not yet installed the mechanical composter or any other Waste Management Facility at site.
4. The project proponent not fully developed the plantation for disposal of excess treated wastewater.
5. During visit, around 9 to11 houses were constructed but no occupancy has been given at site.
In view of above, as the project is incomplete yet, it is recommended that, the application of the project may be returned with the request to attend observations mentioned above.
