The application was marked to me on 11.02.2026 and subsequently was visited on 23.02.2026. However, the project has already applied for the consent to operate, which was already refused. The official of the concerend STP were pursued to obtain information so that case may be considered positively against the observations of the previous refusal. However, the reply/document submitted by the project was found unsatisfactory and due to that application was recommended to be returned.
In relation of the violations carried out by the STP, it is intimated that a pending e-noting is already existing with AEE-4. Cordination will be made with the AEE-4 to putup the violations.
