It is submitted that the point-wise compliance, in annotated form, is attached herewith.
Accordingly, the industry is found to be complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 as well as the SOP for the induction furnace. However, the compliance report regarding the disconnection of the industry has not yet been received from PSPCL and the unit was found operational during the visit on 26.02.2026.
In view of the above, if approved, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry as proposed above vide note dated 01.03.2026, please. |
