The above note may kindly be perused.....RO has certified that the site is suitable for carrying out operations as per the provisions of the Master Plan Ludhiana......Previously directions u/s 33-A of the WA, 1974 were issued for closure and disconnection due to non compliance of the provisions of the environmental laws.....the electricity disconnection has been carried out by the PSPCL authorities as conveyed by RO in the e office note (281600)..................RO has reported that the unis complying with the provisions of the AA, 1981.................May if approved, consent may be granted upto the adequacy of consent fee please......Competency-SEE............ |
