The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not filled complete application form i.e. PART-A: GENERAL INFORMATION serial no. 9. ((ii) Built up area of the project (to be mentioned in case of construction/area development projects only) (in square meters) and the detail filled in the application was found incorrect i.e. PART-C: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER WATER ACT, 1974.
2. The project proponent has not submitted total expansion cost of the project. As such, the adequacy of NOC fee cannot be adjudged.
3. The project proponent needs to clarify if it has obtained Environmental Clearance or not.
4. The feasibility report submitted by the project proponent is not proper i.e. the project proponent needs to submit capacity of UF system is not mentioned etc. The project proponent has not furnished quantified details of biodegradable and non-biodegradable solid waste generation, nor has it clearly outlined the proposed disposal mechanism. Further, if compost pits or mechanical composters are proposed for biodegradable waste management, the capacity and operational details of the same are required to be clearly specified.
5. The project proponent has submitted 02 no. approved site plan in the name of M K Residency or M K Residency Extn. 1 and has not submitted single site plan for combined project and applied for expansion of consent to establish (NOC) (including M K Residency Extn. 1). However, the same is not proper. The project proponent needs to apply separate NOC for its new project i.e. M K Residency Extn. 1, as the layout plan are approved separate / individual and not in addition of already approved layout plan of M/s MK Residency.
6. Further, the project proponent has proposed to develop Park-1+GB-i + GB-iii + GB-v+ GB-vi as per Karnal Technology. However, on perusal of approved layout plan submitted by the project proponent, the above land is adjoining or within the area of the drain. The project proponent has not submitted any permission obtaining from Drainage Department regarding the development of Karnal Technology area in the above land.
7. The project proponent needs to submit revised proposal for disposal of treated wastewater. If plantation area to be provided for disposal of treated effluent, then, the project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
