After perusal the report, it is submitted that The site of the poultry farm was visited by Manmohit Garg, AEE on 03.02.2026 and it was observed that the layered poultry farm situated at Rureke Road, Village Mehta, Tehsil Tapa District Barnala and found operational during visit and there is no residential area within 500 meters, major water course like River, Lakes, canals and drinking water source like wells, summer storage tanks within 100 meters, no national Highway (NH) within 100 meters and no state Highway (SH) within 50 meters…… The poultry sheds are positioned in the East–West direction. The site of the poultry farm is complying with the siting guidelines prescribed by CPCB and complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. Hence, the site is suitable for establishment/operation and also complying with decision of hearing as well as environmental guidelines
If approved, it therefore requested that the competency to decide the application is lies with EE , the case is submitted for concurrence to grant the CTO as the hearing was earlier given at CEE level, please.
