The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The detail filled in the application form are not in consonance with the earlier granted consent to establish (NOC) by the Board i.e. PART-B: TECHNICAL INFORMATION(GENERAL).
2. The project proponent has not submitted reason for non-completion of project in stipulated time along with the status of installation of plant and machinery/pollution control devices.
3. The project proponent has not submitted latest compliance report of conditions of the Environmental Clearance granted by the Competent Authority for period Dec, 2025 alongwith supporting documents.
4. The project proponent needs to submit authenticated detail of expenditure spent Additional Environment Activity as per EC granted by the Competent Authority alongwith supporting documents.
5. The project proponent needs to submit permission obtaining from PWRDA regarding abstraction of ground water.
It is requested to return the application of the project proponent with the request to resubmit the same after attending the above said observation, as the undersigned doesn’t have any option to return the application, please. |
