Sir, it is intimated that the clarification was raised to the project proponent regarding the built up area of the project is more than 20,000 sqmtr, however the PP has not provided prior EC obtained for the project. The detail of total project area and built up area filled by the applicant in application form is not in consonance with documents submitted with the application. The feasibility report of ETP to be installed within the project is not in line with the norms for estimating population and water requirement for Building/Area development projects. The proposal for treated effluent disposal submitted by the industry is not as per PPCB office order no. SEE(HQ-2)/2018/20448 dated 05.07.2018. The project report submitted by the project proponent is not certified and further the total project cost is not in consonance with the total project cost as filled by the applicant in application form. 6. The project proponent has not provided CLU with the application.
But, the industry has not submitted any reply till date.
if approved, the application may be returned with request to resubmit the same after rectifying the above mentioned observation.
