| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
1. The industry has not filled source of water supply, waste water treatment detail and waste water disposal in its application form.
2. The consent to operate applied by the industry is not as per new categorization of the CPCB vide no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-СРСВ-НО dated 12.02.2025.
3. As per previous consent granted to the industry the total fixed assets was Rs. 179.15 cr. However, the current CA certificate submitted by the industry the total fixed assets is Rs. 102.11 Cr which needs to be clarified. Further, undepreciated value of land & building and plant & machinery is not mentioned in the CA certificate submitted by the applicant.
4. The unit has not submitted the details of disposal of strainers used inside the depot.
5. The industry has not submitted the final approved building plan under the Factories Rule, 1952 from the competent authority.
6. The industry is required to submit details of existing tank wise capacity of the depot.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter can be taken, please.
