Kindly peruse the note history & note/ report/ recommendations sent by EE, RO, Patiala
RO is required to clarify greasing following points:
1. What are the disposal arrangements made by the industry w.r.t. slag being generated from the furnace?
2. What are the disposal arrangements made by the industry w.r.t. APCD generated from the unit?
3. What is the status of authorization under the HWM Rules, 2016 of the unit ?
In view of above, if approved, RO is asked to clarify regarding the observations above within 02 days, please.
