Respected Sir , a request letter was received in this office by the industry through e-mail dated 04.03.2026 requesting to send letter to EO, Municipal Council, Malerkotla regarding the site permissiblty of the activity . Accordingly a letter was issued to the EO, Malerkotla vide this office letter no. 457 dated 06.03.2026 regarding classification of area and land use as per the Master Plan of the Malerkotla of M/s K.S Agrotech, Raikot Road, Malerkotla.
Accordingly, a letter was received in this office from E.O , Municipal Council, Malerkotla regarding classification of area and land use as per the Master Plan of the Malerkotla of M/s K.S Agrotech, Raikot Road, Malerkotla vide letter no. B-212 dated 19.03.2026 wherein it has been mentioned that “ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿਚ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫਰਮ ਕੇ.ਐਸ. ਐਗਰੋਟੈਕ Pvt. Ltd. ਸਬੰਧਤ ਜਗ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਕਾ ਰਾਏਕੋਟ ਰੋਡ, ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਕੁੱਲ ਰਕਬਾ 41088 ਵ. ਗਜ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਸਪਰੇ ਪੇਂਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੋਕਿ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ, ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲਾਨ ਦੀ ਡਰਾਇੰਗ ਨੰ. D.T.P(S) 376/2013 ਮਿਤੀ 13/05/2015 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਕਤ ਏਰੀਆ EXISTING INDUSTRY ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋਕਿ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲਾਨ ਦੇ INDUSTIRIAL MIX Zone ਵਿਚ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ, ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲਾਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇम ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀ ਇਸ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਜਗ੍ਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਗਿਆ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਹਿੱਤ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੈ। “ (copy attached).
In view of above, as per letter received from the E.O , MC Malerkotla this type of activity is permissible in the above mentioned areas. As such, it is recommended that the industry may be granted varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Self-propelled Harvester Combines @ 500 Number/Year, Tractor Driven Combines @ 1500 Number/Year, Other implements @ 200 Number/Year and Straw Reaper @ 7000 by Number/Year by using MS angle and M S Round @ 5 MT/Day, MS Sheet/plate @ 13 MT/Day and MS pipe @ 2 MT/Day as raw materials for a period up to 31.12.2030 with suitable conditions as per Policy of the Board please.
