It is submitted that the monitoring of the industry was already carried out by the Board officers last quarter and results of same were found found within prescribed limits as described by AEE in his note dated 18.03.2026. The industry is being monitoring quarterly as per protocol ,so the content case of the industry can not be lying pending for waiting of results of latest sampling carried out on 11.03.2026 as case is already late to decide as per time line given by the Board .
