The RO has submitted detailed report regarding the application filed by the unit.
In consideration of the report/ recommendations of RO; if approved, the Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the unit with validity upto 30.09.2030, subject to suitable general & additional conditions as well as conditions proposed by RO.
Further, copy of the certificate be endorsed to RO with direction to carryout stack emission monitoring of the unit within one month and submit report.
