The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The project proponent is required to submit feasibility report. 2. The project proponent is required to submit fard/intkal/relevant land documents to verify ownership of land. 3. As per details mentioned in application form Part-A: General Information, the date of commissioning is December 2026 but as per the date of issue of registration certificate date of commissioning is in year 2021. Industry needs to provide all correct and complete details in the application form. 4. The industry is required to submit manufacturing process flow chart. 5. As per the Distance verification report received from the office of Tehsildar, Sri Anandpur Sahib, the site is situated approximately at a distance of 150 m from state highway/scheduled road but as per guidelines required distance is 300m. As such, the site is not suitable for establishment of a Hot mix plant. The application is hereby rejected. |
