The report/ recommendations of RO in the matter has been examined.
The RO has recommended for approval to return the application to the project for want of the following documents:
1. The project proponent shall provide atleast 3.5 acres under Karnal Technology with agreement valid for atleast 5 years. 2. The project proponent shall submit an undertaking to effect that he shall neither construct the plots by itself nor allow any single occupant to construct any component beyond 20,000 sqm to avail exemption under EIA Notification 2006 or shall obtain the EC for the same.
Further, it was noted that the RO has not submit proper comments on the suitability of site vis-a-vis the zone under which the proposed site is falling as per the notified Master Plan of the area and/ or comments on the distance of the proposed site from various units/ industries for which specific siting guidelines has been notified/ issued by the Board (from residential areas). Also, it has not commented if any MAH unit is falling within 250 m radius of the unit.
If approved, the application be sent back to RO for submitting comments regarding suitability of site as mentioned above pls. |
