The report submitted by the Regional Office has been examined, and it is observed that the Regional Office has not furnished comments regarding site suitability as per the policy guidelines for establishment of construction projects/commercial establishments, particularly with respect to the prescribed distances from MAH (Maximum Accident Hazard) industries, stone crushers, rice shellers, saila plants, brick kilns, cement plants, grinding units, hot mix plants, etc., as applicable, in accordance with the relevant notifications and Board’s policy.The Regional Office may be requested to provide comments on the above aspects with recommendations, please. |
