It is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2031 with usual conditions as per policy of the Board and with special condition that:- 1. The industry shall comply with the conditions of environmental clearance granted to it. 2. The industry shall obtain varied consent before commissioning of rest of machinery as proposed in EC.
