The report submitted by the Regional Office has been examined, and it is observed that the following deficiencies are noted:
The Regional Office has not furnished comments regarding site suitability as per the policy guidelines for establishment of construction projects/commercial establishments, particularly with respect to the prescribed distances from MAH (Maximum Accident Hazard) industries, as applicable.
Comments on the adequacy of the proposed Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) have not been provided in the agenda note.
Details regarding the total area and adequacy of the plantation/green belt to be developed by the project proponent have not been furnished.
No comments have been provided with respect to the management of solid waste at the project site.
The Regional Office may be requested to furnish the requisite information/comments on the above aspects alongwith recommendations, please. |
