File Note: After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that PP has submitted proposal to setting up of residential colony in an area @30.875 acre including Residential Plots @ 277 Nos., SCOs @ 42 Nos., Community Center @ 01 No., EWS area @ 1.54 acre, Dispensary @ 1600 Sq. ft. and Mandir Site @ 3826 Sq. ft. , for discharge of treated domestic effluent @ 565 KLD (273 KLD in dual plumbing, 81 KLD into green area/parks and remaining 211 KLD will be discharged onto land for plantation in an area of 24 Kanals backside the project. The PP has submitted revised feasibility report in which the PP has proposed to install STP of capacity 600 KLD for treatment of effluent to be generated from the project@565 KLD and utilization of treated effluent is mention in above para . The additional land reserved@24 Kanal for partial disposal is adequate to handle the discharge for onto land . The PP has now proposed to install mechanical composter for utilization of MSW to be generated from the project. There is no MAH unit within the 250 mtrs from the boundary of the project. There is no brick kiln and cement plant within 300 m and no rice sheller, stone crusher, grinding unit or hot mix plant within 500 mtrs and no air polluting industry within 100 m from the proposed site. Moreover, the project is not covered under the ambit of Environmental clearance as the built up area is less than 1,50,000 sq.m or less than 50 Ha. The PP has submitted copy of approved building plan , which is digitally signed by Anuprita Johl (ADC).The PP has also submitted the point wise reply of observation raised by the authority during earlier return of the application and clear the shortcoming & it seems adequate, copy of same is enclosed .Hence, the site is complying with sitting guidelines and site is suitable for the establishment of project. If approved, it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) may be granted to the Project Proponent for development of project i.e. Residential Plots @ 277 Nos., SCOs @ 42 Nos., Community Centre @ 01 No., EWS area @ 1.54 acre, Dispensary @ 1600 Sq. ft. and Mandir Site @ 3826 Sq. ft. along with other utilities in land area of 30.875 acres for discharge of treated domestic effluent @ 565 KLD (273 KLD in dual plumbing, 81 KLD into green area/parks and remaining 211 KLD will be discharged onto land for plantation in an area of 24 Kanals backside the project with suitable conditions along with specific conditions as above pls .
