After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that project proponent has applied for obtaining consent to establish of the Board (NOC) in an area of 24.89 Acre by providing Residential Plots @ 213 number, Commercial Plots @ 11 number EWS Plots (1.237 Acres) @ 1 number Club House (1118.10 Sqm) @ 1 number. The PP has submitted copy of approved building plan vide drawing no. SBD/SANGUR/SA/25/01 and E-NAKSHA FILE NO: PB/LOUT/SAG/SANGR/1255 dated 19.09.2025.The project proponent has proposed to install STP of capacity 450 KLD based on MBBR Technology to treat the domestic effluent @ 435 KLD. The project proponent has proposed to utilize 188 KLD of treated wastewater into dual plumbing, 19 KLD in Organized green area (1.52 Acres), 1 KLD in green strips (0.11 acres) & Remaining 218 KLD water is disposed off in plantation area (36 Karnal) as per Karnal Technology.
As per the technical FR, 1751 kg per day solid waste will be generated from the project. The PP has proposed to segregate the solid waste at source and proposed to install mechanical composter.
There is no air polluting industry located within 100 mtr distance from the site of the project and no MAH industry lies within 250 mtr of the site of the project..The total built up area of the project is 1,31,350.684 sq. Meters which is less than the threshold value of 1,50,000 sq. Meters requiring environmental clearance please…. Total plot area of the residential colony is 24.89 acres which is less than threshold value of 50 hectares requiring environmental clearance…
If approved, it is recommended for grant of CTE to the PP for a period of one year for setting up of residential colony in an area of 24.89 Acre by providing Residential Plots @ 213 number, Commercial Plots @ 11 number EWS Plots (1.237 Acres) @ 1 number Club House (1118.10 Sqm) @ 1 number, under orange category subjected to suitable conditions and special condition that the project proponent will obtain permission from PWRDA from abstraction of ground water please….
