sir, the industry has installed a twin cyclone followed by a wet scrubber as APCD with the boiler, and a cyclone separator as APCD with the thermopack.
The latest stack emission results of the industry were within the prescribed permissible limits.
In view of the above, the industry may be granted short term consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with subject to usual conditions along with special conditions that:-
(i) The industry shall install wet scrubber with the thermopack and shall submit the feasibility report of the same within 15 days.
(ii) The industry shall maintain the record of the disposal of the fly ash generated within the industry.
