It is submitted that the industry has proposed to install following machinery at the site for manufacturing of water proof coating and silicone sealants:
Jacketed Chemical Reactor, High Speed Dispenser, Silicon filling machine, Cooling tower, Steam Boiler, Evaporator, Air Compresor, Diaphragm Pump, Vaccum pump.
Furtherr, there is no generation of trade effluent from the process. The trade effluent of 0.1 KLD generated from washing of reactor and vessels which will be treated in electrical evaporator. Domestic effluent of 0.4 KLD will be discharged to PSIEC Sewer. There is no spent solvents to be generated from the process.
