In view of above report/ recommendations given by by EE, RO/ZO, if approved, following actions may be taken:
A. The industry may be granted renewal of consent to operate under the water act, 1974 and Air act 1981, upto 28.02.2030, subject to suitable conditions and conditions mentioned above.
B. PSPCL may be directed to permanently restore the electric connection of the industry
C. EE, RO, Roopnagar may be directed to immediately take up the matter regarding the complaint under the Air Act, 1981 to be filed before the adjudication officer due to enactment of Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) amendment rules, 2024 (as mentioned in e-noting no. 23592053), note dated 31.01.2025. He may also be requested to follow up the complaint already filed by the Board against the unit, under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974, please.
