Sir, it is submitted that the application has been scrutinized and it has been observed that the project proponent has applied for CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and CTO under the Air Act, 1981. However, the application form has not been filled properly. The bed strength of the health care facility and other essential particulars have not been mentioned correctly in the application form………..
In view of the above, since the application pertains to Green Category and the requisite details cannot be amended at later stage, the present application may be returned. The project proponent shall be contacted separately and guided accordingly for submission of a fresh application with required details. |
