The Industry has STP followed by SF/ACF > Softener Plant > UV Filter > RO Plant. A part of wastewater from Softener plant goes to Cooling tower (which is metered) whereas rest goes to RO plant. The RO reject goes to inlet of STP whereas outlet water is used in process through DM Plant.
The unit has installed meters at outlet of STP, part of Softener (used for cooling tower), RO reject (inlet of STP) and inlet/outlet of DM plant. The unit however doesn’t have complete data of other meters apart from STP outlet. The Industry has maintained daily log of STP outlet data. The unit treated around 16 KLD of wastewater on daily basis in January, 13 KLD in February and around 13 KLD in March. The data is attached. Submitted as per earlier recommendations with additional condition that unit will maintain daily log of STP outlet, Softener outlet, RO permeate and RO reject and DM plant outlet data.
