Since the time sought by the Project Proponent has already lapsed, the concerned officer may kindly pursue the matter with the colonizer, obtain the requisite reply, and put up the case accordingly.
In case the Project Proponent fails to submit the requisite reply, the case may be processed based on the available records. Accordingly, appropriate action, including rejection of the application/closure of the case or initiation of necessary regulatory action as per the applicable rules and Board policy, may be recommended. |
