Sir, pointwise reply of the clarification as under:
1. Yes, and record has been submitted by the industry.
2. The industry has obtained the amended feasibility report, and an order to M/s Erose Consultant, Ludhiana has been issued for procurement of the recommended systems as per the recommendations of PSCST, Chandigarh, for control of both primary and secondary emissions. As stated by the industry representative during the visit, a minimum period of 5–6 months is required for implementation.
3. Stack emission monitoring was carried out by the officers of the Board on 09.09.2025. As per the analysis report, the concentration of particulate matter was found to be 27 mg/Nm³ at the outlet of the stack attached with APCD installed for control of primary emissions, and 24 mg/Nm³ at the outlet of the stack attached with APCD installed for control of secondary emissions.
Further, the latest effluent sampling was carried out by the officers of RO during the visit on 13.03.2026, and the results are awaited.
The industry has initiated activities to comply with the decisions of the personal hearing. However, for complete compliance, the time period as mentioned above is required.

In view of the above, it is recommended that the Consent to Operate under the Air & Water Acts may be renewed for a short period, i.e., up to 30.09.2026.
