Sir, point wise reply of clarification is as under:
1. Date of commissioning of the unit is 30.11.2023, consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 29.11.2028.
2. The industry has disposed its boiler ash in low lying area in its premises.
3. Boiler blow down has been discharged on to land for plantation after passing through septic tank.
4. Yes, the license has been granted by DFO for installation & operation of machinery but there is no any expiry date on the certificate but with the condition that the Registration Certificate holder shall not install/operate any machine for which the Registration Certificate is not issued. If the Registration Certificate holder is found to have installed/operate any machine for which registration certificate is not issued, the registration certificate issued to the unit shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that CTO under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2028, please.
