On scrutinizing the application, following observations have been raised:- 1. The MoA submitted by the project proponent is not complete. The list of directors has not been mentioned with any of the documents submitted with application. 2. The allotment letter of the GMADA is for nursing home site. However the application has been filed for hospital having 22 beds. Please clarify. 3. The project proponent has not submitted brief project report regarding the details of fresh water consumption, waste water generation and how it will be treated. 4. The project proponent has not submitted the details of proposed ETP, STP if any.
No reply has been received from the HCF and the application is returned being scrutiny incomplete. |
