It is submitted that the Regional Office has reported that the industry has complied with the conditions of the Environmental Clearance granted to it and analysis report of the samples collected during the surprise inspection has not yet been received in this office.
The Regional Office has further reported that stack monitoring conducted on 23.12.2025, 01.04.2025, 30.01.2025, and 12.12.2024 indicates that emissions are within the standards prescribed by the Board. • Effluent quality from the STP has also been reported within prescribed limits. • The industry is under regular quarterly monitoring as per Board protocol and compliance has been found satisfactory.
In view of above ,it is again recommended that Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be renewed up to 31.03.2029, subject to the conditions as proposed in note dated 28.03.26 by the undersigned .
