In reply to clarification sought, RO has submitted that the pointwise reply as under: 1. The industry has installed 3 no. DG sets of capacity 500 KVA, 500 KVA and 750 KVA. However, the installed stack heights are 12 metre each against the required height of 10.47 metre (for 500 KVA) and 11.47 metre (for 750 KVA) calculated by using the prescribed formula along with portholes and also having adequate sampling arrangements (photos attached).The industry has provided the adequate stack height of DG sets. 2. The industry has installed 3 no.’s boiler of capacity 300 kg, 600 kg and 600 kg having adequate stack heights of 12 metre each along with the portholes (Photographs attached). The boiler stacks extended through the wider roof. however, sampling can be performed easily from the rooftop (Photographs attached). 3. The details of sampling carried out by the private lab is attached.
