The application of the unit has been scrutinized and the following observations were found: 1.The CA certificate/report submitted by the project proponent appears inadequate and not verifiable for a restaurant-type activity. Further, the submitted CA report does not bear any valid UNID number. The unit is therefore required to submit a valid and verifiable CA certificate along with supporting financial documents. 2. The project proponent has not provided details of sources of pollution in the application form. The unit is required to clearly specify all sources of emissions/air pollution along with control measures adopted. 3.The consent fee of ₹18,000/- submitted by the unit is not adequate for processing the Consent to Operate (Air) application as per applicable norms. The unit is required to deposit the requisite balance consent fee.
But the PP has not submitted reply of above clarification so the application can't be processed. |
