Sir, kindly peruse the note of AEE, as per which, the industry is disposing off the boiler ash for land filling in its own premises only. Hence no agreement is required. Further, the industry is discharging its boiler blow down after mixing through domestic effluent through septic tanks.
Further, the industry has submitted a copy of NOC from Forest department.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that fresh CTO under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2028.
