It is intimated that, the hearing could not be conducted on 02.04.2026, due to administrative reasons and it has been decided to give another opportunity of personal hearing to the project proponent on 06.04.2026 before Hon’ble Chairperson of the Board at Punjab Pollution Control Board, Vatavaran Bhawan, Nabha Road, Patiala.
It is requested to ensure service of the notice upon the industry through special messenger, obtain proper acknowledgment of receipt, and forward the same to this office. The Regional Office shall also ensure the presence of the unit during the hearing and any failure in service of notice or non-attendance of the unit on the plea of non-receipt, and any consequential challenge to the Board’s action, shall be the sole responsibility of the Regional Office.
