It is submitted that the CTO application has been scrutinized and the unit was afforded personal hearing before the Hon’ble Chairperson on 17.03.2026, wherein it has been directed that the unit be inspected as per prescribed protocol for Large Red Category industries.
Further, as per Office Order No. 55 dated 18.02.2026, monitoring of such units is to be carried out by the SEE, and in case visit is not covered under routine protocol, special permission is required.
In view of above, approval may kindly be accorded for conducting site visit of the industry, so that further action regarding CTO may be taken accordingly.
