After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that the industry is a non torrified paddy pallet unit and has earlier obtained NOC of the Board for manufacturing Bio Mass Pellets (Non-torrefied) @ 4 TPH ,which is valid upto 11.12.2026.
Now the unit has applied for fresh CTO of the Board under both Acts. The industry was visited by the officer of RO, Barnala on 11.3.2026 and observed that entire plant & machinery as well as pollution control equipment has been installed as per the proposal submitted at the time of NOC . The industry has submitted building plan approved from the competent person of director of Factories, Punjab. The industry is complying with NOC condition granted to it.
If approved, it is recommended that consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act,1981 may be granted to the industry for manufacturing of Bio Mass Pellets (Non-torrefied) @ 4 TPH for a period upto 30.09.2028, subject to suitable conditions .
